The case does have areas of mirror-like finish which are prone to hairlines (marks visible when with high resolution cameras or if angled at certain lighting). Included with the watch is a JLC travel box (not the original JLC presentation box). The case is of 18k yellow gold displaying a mirror finish as is the bezel mounted atop. It is paired with an unworn John Rousseau (high quality Paris-made) black leather strap that is accompanied by an 18k yellow gold JLC deployment buckle. When it comes to the dial, it does not get any simpler or dressier than this. Time is displayed on a silver dial that has yellow gold hands and hour markers. This watch has passed through our service center where it was first checked inside and out to certify its authenticity. After that, it passed a functionality test to confirm it is running up to manufacturer's standards and water resistant. Lastly, the serial number was run through a database to verify its legitimacy.
