Here is an IWC Mini Diamonds (Custom!), circa 1969, reference R2223. Its 20.5 mm steel case is set with diamonds on the bezel and lugs. This setting is an addition (custom) and is not original; it was not done by IWC. It frames a cream dial showing a beautiful patina, with applied hour markers and thin hands. It is powered by an IWC automatic calibre 44 movement, 18 jewels, beating at 19,800 vph. The watch is mounted on a white strap with a steel buckle.
