A Schaffhausen deck watch of the German Navy, delivered to Gerl und Schipper in Cologne on 13 January 1943. Specific features Case Nickel · engraved German swastika and "M 10292 II.Kl." · movement protection cap · push back. There were two different versions of navigation watches with clear differences. The first version had a steel case with a visible diameter of the dial of 41 mm. The case back was stamped with the imperial eagle and the quality designation "II. Kl. M". The serial number, e.g. 7129, was stamped by the German Naval Observatory. The metal dial was marked with "KM" and the IWC logo. Two series of this model were produced. The second version had a nickel case with a visible dial diameter of 49 mm. The first delivery had an enamel dial. A total of 1,500 pieces were manufactured under case numbers 1080101-1081600 and delivered to Gerl and Schipper in Cologne between 13 January and 21 December 1943.
