Offered by our watch specialists, Beautiful semi-vintage IWC Pilot chronograph watch. An 90's IWC classic with beautiful details and a high-quality finish. At 36mm/37mm (it wears bigger) it is a portable watch for men and almost any occasion. IWC Pilot watches are inspired by early WW2 aviator watches. They are very high-quality and recognizable tool watches with a rich history. The pilot series is one of the longest running IWC models. This model has an understated matte black dial, beautifully finished and typically IWC and actually the right choice for a classic flieger like this. The characteristic IWC crown is beautifully signed. The sapphire glass is double anti-reflective as only IWC can do and makes the dial so sharp and detailed that despite its modest character it is a real eye-catcher. The case houses a very complicated mechaquartz movement, Cal. 630 with no less than 233 parts. This movement has a quartz base with mechanical chronograph structure. The movement (second hand) ticks like a quartz and the chronograph hands 'glide' like an automatic movement. The big advantage; It always runs on time and very accurately like a quartz. The timepiece, like the watch, is in very good condition and equipped with a new battery. All functions work flawlessly and the watch runs extremely accurately. The original and beautiful IWC 'beads of rice' strap on it is a work of art. This strap is beautifully finished and wears fantastic. This high-quality strap features the IWC signed folding clasp. The strap fits wrists up to approximately 18cm and we can of course make/deliver it to size, but unfortunately we do not have any extra links available. The whole is in a very good and well-maintained condition, both internally and externally.
