Case is 37mm vs. the previous versions that were 36mm. It is 14mm thick vs. the previous which was 13mm thick. Overall instantly feels bigger. This is the last version of the Ingenieur before Gerald Genta re-designed it. Silver sunburst DIAL in FLAWLESS condition. I believe NOS hands. 8541B movement, bronze colored inner anti magnetic cover and a LARGE CROWN. The service by IWC cost around $1300 alone. The case has not been polished.
