1, Taxes and Charges
Import duties, such as customs duty and VAT, or any other taxes are not included in the item price. These charges may be borne by the customers. If you want more information about these taxes, please get in touch with the customs office to check what these actual charges will be. Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts on our items no matter what the reason is. It is difficult for us to lower the price because we have decided the price based on the market value in Japan. We are not able to send the items as gifts or list the item price lower than it actually is on the invoice.
2, Shipping
It takes a few days before shipping to check the condition of the item. Please be noted that we do not offer repair services for the item that we have already shipped. As we stock our items at our physical shop in Japan, they might be sold out at the same time as your order.
3, CITES
According to the CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora), crocodile, alligator, and lizard leather straps will be removed before we send the item.
4, Payment
Basically, the deadline for the payment will be three days after from your order. If we can’t confirm the payment until due date, your order could be canceled.
5, Shipping insurance
Our items are going to be shipped through FedEx to the registered address. All purchased items are 100% insured against loss, theft and breakage during its transit. Since the maximum coverage of shipping insurance depends on each country, we will give you a message if your country is not included in the shipping insurance.
6, Refund Policy
If you refuse to accept the item, you may be required to pay all the return costs. After you use or wear the item, we are deeply sorry to inform you that the item is going to be non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
