Over the past few weeks, I've been incredibly excited to be introducing new Grand Seiko models to my lineup – a brand that has held a special place in my watchmaking preferences for years. This model was created to celebrate Grand Seiko's 60th anniversary and is a perfect example of how the Japanese combine impeccable engineering with a distinctive, yet elegant design. The watch is powered by the exquisite, in-house 9F85 quartz movement, considered one of the best quartz movements in the world – incredibly precise, durable, and designed for years of use. The dial is a striking, deep navy blue with a beautiful, clean structure. The overall look is enhanced by a contrasting red seconds hand and a gold star at 6 o'clock, symbolizing the unique character of this anniversary model. The caseback features a gold medallion with the lion symbol – Grand Seiko's hallmark and a tribute to the brand's 60 years of history. This model is limited to 2,500 pieces worldwide. The offered watch is from 2022 and comes complete with its original box and documents. It is in very good condition – the watch has minor scratches and micro-scratches from normal use, but overall it presents very well and makes a great impression in person.
