It is in a working condition but overhaul history is unknown. Thus l recommend overhauling before the use. The dial has signs of its age but no obvious damages nor marks. I believe the case is unpolished from the way it holds sharpness of edges. Please check the photographs with your own eyes. It comes with original wooden box, pin buckle, and IWC crocodile belt.
