Classical, yet up to date., But what is it, that makes this porcelain dial so special, and why is it that we are so rarely presented with them? The short answer is that it is because of the difficulty of production. The porcelain must be carefully fired in an oven between 1,200–1,400 degrees Celsius and then hand painted. According to the website Deployant, this particular dial takes 8–10 hours to paint., This is one of those watches that only gets better the closer you get to it.
