This is a men’s, vintage, 17-Jewel, Girard Perregaux Gyromatic Wristwatch. The original Girard Perregaux signed case is solid stainless steel with screw-on back and measures 32.3mm across, not including the crown. Its Girard Perregaux signed, 17-Jewel, calibre 47BF (ETA 1256), automatic (self-winding) movement has just been thoroughly cleaned and lubricated and is in great running condition. I have not adjusted this watch’s timing and recommend wearing any vintage watch for a few weeks before adjusting. The off-white dial has raised gold numbers and hour markers. The crystal is new.
