Girard Perregaux 1966 Full Calendar

This Girard-Perregaux 1966 Full Calendar is a classically styled dress watch that draws inspiration from the brand’s mid-20th-century designs while offering practical calendar complications. Introduced as part of an update to the original 2007 model, this version is housed in a 40 mm stainless steel case measuring approximately 11.1 mm in thickness, with short, curved lugs that give it a compact and refined wrist presence. The silver opaline dial features a full calendar layout, including day and month windows, a radial date display, and a moon phase indication. Applied hour markers are complemented by polished leaf-shaped hour and minute hands. The calendar indications are subtly accented in red, with the day and month displays and the 31st on the date wheel providing clear visual distinction within the dial layout. Powering the watch is the in-house Girard-Perregaux caliber GP03300, an automatic movement with a 46-hour power reserve, hacking seconds, and a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour. Visible through the caseback, the movement displays traditional decorative finishing, including Geneva stripes, bevelling, and blued screws. The watch is fitted with a multi-link stainless steel bracelet matched with a double-folding deployment clasp.
