This is an iconic fine timepiece with a classic Franck Muller black and white dial with a wonderful lume on the easy to read hands and dial indices. This one is also great for any true watch or horological enthusiast. It is fairly rare to combine the chronograph with a world timer and do it in such a crips and uncluttered manner. The condition of this watch is as follows: Excellent condition as evidenced by the photos. With that in mind, some additional considerations about this watch... 1. This watch is classic and iconic and absolutely nails the perfect sizing for a classic unisex tool watch. With a 40mm size, this fine timepiece works on any male or female wrist except for small or exceptionally large wrists. 2. This is a statement making watch that works well in virtually any situation except water related and heavy sporting activities. It is a great "one watch" contender. Business? Absolutely. Travel? Made for it. And yeah, you can still rock it with a refinded casual look like a high-quality logo-free shirt and black jeans. So no swimming or diving with this one but by all means you should be fine to wash your hands with it on or indeed sit beachside, at sunset, looking fabulous. Use that chronograph to time Formula 1 lap times, maybe the duration it took for the Barista to make your espresso or the length of the next Tom Cruise "action" movie. 3. The dial is truly gorgeous and it is a large part of the value proposition for this watch. Crips, great lume (see the last two photos) and an abundance of information at a glance. With the versatile and cool dial, this one is a "strap magnet" to change up the look and match your mood. Picture it on a rally strap in red and take in the car race or "caffeine and octane" meet-up. Maybe a white sharkskin with red stitching and hang-out at a beach bar timing the margarita making. I liked it on black straps as a grab and go... but very interesting... wrist companion. 4. The back of the watch has fairly basic engraving which is how Franck Muller does it typically. I am thrilled that I found this one in such great condition. 5. Overall, the timing elements of this watch have exceptional build quality and value for the money. The second time zone can be set to the major cities and of course one exists for each major hourly time zone. 6. Three black straps are included which lets you change up the look a bit. All three straps are kind of serious, sober and refined but still exudes a ton of wrist presence. 7. The Transamerica watch box and folder that you see are included and yeah, they are both a little damaged / deteriorated as you can see in the pictures. 8. Limited edition of only 250 were ever made. True collectibility. 9. Finally, note that these sold for nearly $20K out the door (e.g., with tax/VAT) at Franck Muller retailers when new.
