Franck Muller Conquistador GPG Sport Gpg

When watchmaker Franck Muller and Vartan Sirmakes - then a case maker -started their company in 1991, the two men agreed it would specialize in watches that render historical complications in modern and spectacular ways. The aesthetic side of their work was of equal importance to them, so the designs the duo came up with proved just as exciting as what lay underneath. Today, their Curvex case architecture is no less emblematic than those of the Cartier Tank, the Reverso, and the Panerai Luminor. Not only does the Conquistador Sport GPG Chronograph follow the Curvex architecture, but it also incorporates some of the brand's defining visual staples. Compared to the brand's other watches, however, it demonstrates a decidedly more fiery personality. The case showcases an intricate weave of PVD-coated titanium and red aluminum, which, together with the overall black-on-red color palette, effortlessly communicates the watch's aggressive, empowering character. Taking a closer look at the dial, one notices that there is a fine guilloche pattern backdropping the iconic Muller Numerals, which consolidates at the middle of the dial - a testament to Frank Muller's unwavering attention to detail. The chronograph subdials are symmetrically arranged along the 3-9 o'clock axis and feature the same fiery design language that makes this watch stand out. Franck Muller's watchmaking proficiency is further showcased by an array of little details, such as the rubberized crowns, streamlined curves, and knife-edge sharp edges. Inside the iconic case, behind the solid caseback, sits the automatic caliber cal. FM 7002. our example is in excellent cosmetic condition with no visible signs of wear to the case or strap. The watch is supplied with its original outer box, beautiful wooden inner box and wallet containing the Certificate of Origin and Warranty dated April 2020.All watches sold will be shipped with full value insurance cover.
