The Deep Blue, produced in the 1960s, was the maison's serious entry into the dive watch market: rotating bezel, water resistance, bold legibility, and the distinctive arrow-tipped hands and indices that give it an immediately recognisable character. This particular example has lived a life. The dial has transformed over decades into something that no restoration could produce and no new watch could wear: a textured, mottled surface of gold, cream, and shadow, where the original black has retreated to reveal the underlying layers in a pattern as unique as a fingerprint.
