After creating his eponymous brand in 1999, everything begins for F.P. Journe with the Tourbillon Souverain. That year, he produced and sold 20 subscription pieces. In 2003, the rhodium-plated brass movement 1498 was replaced by the 1403, which is in rose gold and includes the addition of the dead seconds at 6 o'clock and the repositioning of the power reserve for better readability. The reference changed from T for Tourbillon to TN for Tourbillon Nouveau. Produced from 2003 to 2018, this reference is rare in the 'double rose gold' or 'pink on pink' variant with a case in 18k rose gold and a matching dial, as is the case with our model. The watch is not stored at the office and is available for viewing by appointment. For any bidding on this lot, prior registration for a telephone line will be required.
