With its more restrained 36mm diameter (versus 40mm for the sherpa), it was not intended to be a tool watch, but a more civilized timepiece. The model presented here has a dial in perfect black, slightly tropicalized condition. It is equipped with a Valjoux 72 movement, one of the best chronograph movements of its time. Its case is in watertight steel (screwed back) and looks as if it has never been polished.
