Quite an ingenuous design allows for the instantaneous reading of time in major cities around the world. As you set the time in your local time zone the inside bezel rotates to indicate the time in 24 hour format. As you see from the photos I rotated the bezel to show my time zone as Los Angeles on the 12 position. Then turned the crown to align my local time using the 24 hour reading on the inside bezel under my time zone, Los Angeles. Move the hands to the precise time to the minute. Now as the time passes the inside bezel rotates together with the rotation of the hands. Look to any cities on the bezel and read the corresponding time on the inside bezel. The inside bezel is also divided into two colors showing night and day hours. The bezel is two tone to indicate day or night in various time zones around the world. This watch operated on an automatic 21 jewels movement with Ebel cal. 124. The watch comes with the original Ebel alligator leather band and an 18K gold deployant buckle. As pictured the watch band was adjusted to about 6.5 inches wrist. I adjusted it since to 7.9 inches, which is about the maximum circumference one can get. We can make the adjustment for your size prior to shipping or you can have a qualified jeweler or watchmaker do it for you at your location. Requires small screwdrivers and a bit of know how.
