The stop minute from the center allows immediate and error-free reading of the stopped time. While the subdials on other chronos are often more of an ornament, I've really used the stop function extensively here, such as while swimming, cooking, or keeping track of time during customer phone calls. The bezel, which snaps into place with 60 solid clicks, then allows for tracking a second time period.
The stop minute function is otherwise only available from a few manufacturers.
The Damasko DC80 is made of ice-hardened steel, as is the strap, and even the lid. On Sinn watches, for example, the lid is not hardened, which I unfortunately noticed all too clearly on the Sinn 900 Diapal I previously owned.
The workmanship of the watch is fantastic. Gaps, e.g. between the lug and the bracelet, are almost non-existent. This goes so far that it is expressly permitted by the manufacturer to operate the pushers under water. Quote:
"Every damasko chronograph is equipped with our patented pusher system. The damasko pushers are captive mounted, permanently lubricated and sealed multiple times. They are made of the same ice-hardened stainless steel as all other case components. The use of Grade 5 titanium screw-in tubes make the system ultra-tear resistant and prevent breakage. This technology makes damasko pushers not only durable and waterproof, but also wear-resistant. Both crown and pushers can be easily operated under water."

condition and scope of delivery
========================
Beside the watch with bracelet itself are also included: box (very good condition), accessories (screwdriver, spare parts), two leather pouches
The bracelet has traces of use, that is probably unavoidable.
Of the screws and bushings (bushings = what is put through the links) 1 or 2 are missing. This is not a drama, because the existing parts are sufficient for thick wrists and because you can order the parts for 3 € (screws) or 3.50 € (bushings) per piece at Damasko.
For the bracelet, there is a "watch passport" from Damasko.
The watch itself has virtually no signs of use due to the ice hardening process. Only the (replaceable) bezel, the only part that is not either ice-hardened or sapphire, has a tiny bit of paint damage in one spot. Anyone who finds this in the photos will also be happy to get a closeup of it through a magnifying glass.
By the way, I have never had to readjust the watch, even if I have worn it for long periods of time.
