Limited to just 10 pieces, it stands as one of the rarest modern interpretations of Czapek's signature Quai des Bergues collection. Housed in a refined 40.5mm stainless steel case with polished surfaces and sandblasted flanks plus crown guards, the watch features a breathtaking white Grand Feu enamel dial crafted in four meticulous layers fired at 800–900°C. Hidden details include the Connoisseurs secret logo and Czapek signature that emerge subtly beneath the surface. Cultural touches abound: black Chinese numerals on the small seconds subdial (with a striking Macau-green seconds hand), a dual Portuguese weekday and Chinese-numeral power reserve indicator on a single axis, classic Roman numerals with a special Macau-green Chinese "12," and elegant Czapek Fleur-de-Lys hands in matching green. Powered by the in-house hand-wound SXH1 calibre (160 components, 7-day/168-hour power reserve, variable inertia balance with Breguet overcoil), it delivers exceptional finishing, sandblasted surfaces, anglage, blued screws, and skeletonized balance cock—along with "Connoisseurs" and "Limited 10 Pieces" engravings. Water resistance is 30m (or 50m on standard models).
