All our watches are inspected by our in-house watchmakers to guarantee their authenticity and above all to deliver them to you with a one year guarantee from the date of purchase.
All our watches are visible in our shop and we only take pictures of the watches we have in stock. Packages are sent exclusively by UPS to the desired address (home, work, other), with tracking number and insurance. Deliveries are made worldwide.
It is also possible to make a delivery by Ferrari, with a price on estimate, for the most consequent parcels.
Your parcel will be delivered to you as the watch is shown on the photo (see advert and photos), in a prepared parcel, with tracking that you will receive on your Chrono24 platform as well as on your email address if indicated in your private account. The delivery time varies according to your destination. Please note that all shipments to Switzerland / UK / USA / Asia may take a little longer than in Europe. An invoice, in addition to the Chrono24 invoice, will also be attached to the package, which you can forward to your insurance companies if you wish to insure your package.
Please note that for security reasons we do not dispatch parcels from Friday onwards, so that your future acquisition does not remain in their premises throughout the weekend. It is also possible to postpone the shipping date or change the shipping address by contacting Chrono24 directly.
