The GMW-B5000 is the all-metal version of the legendary DW-5000C, the very first G-SHOCK from 1983. All external components, including the bracelet, case, and case back, are crafted entirely from solid stainless steel and meticulously polished to a high gloss. In contrast to the mirrored case, the bezel features a matte, hairline brushed finish, giving the watch a cool, sophisticated look. True to its brand philosophy, the G-SHOCK is incredibly tough thanks to resin and Alpha Gel, which protect the module from impacts and shocks.
Technically, the GMW-B5000 is far superior to the original G-SHOCK: Equipped with Bluetooth® technology, the GMW-B5000 connects to the CASIO WATCHES app on your smartphone, enabling access to a wide range of practical functions. Additionally, the GMW-B5000 receives the current time via radio signal and is powered sustainably by solar energy. Absolutely tough and stylish!
