The goal was to create a more convenient way of telling the time than fumbling with pocket watches, and one of the first wristwatches for men was born. Like the earliest models, the Cartier WSSA0037 for sale here features a square-shaped bezel decorated with visible screws and a Roman numeral dial with sword-shaped hands, and the famous Cartier chemin de fer minute track. Ref. WSSA0037 is a modern Cartier with a striking ADLC bezel, a matching grey dial, and a contemporary black synthetic spinel.  The large model measures 47.5 mm x 39.8 mm and features the caliber 1847 MC self-winding mechanical movement.
