This model pays homage to the aviator "Albert Santos Dumont" and his airplane "Demoiselle". The screw design on the bezel is reminiscent of the screws used in the body of an airplane, and the retro airplane on the micro-rotor at 8 o'clock represents "La Demoiselle," an early aircraft designed by Albert Santos Dumont. La Demoiselle", an early aircraft invented by "Albert Santos Dumont".
