The year of production is around 1918, it has a manual winding mechanical movement. The bezel is made of platinum 950 with original diamonds, the case is made of 18kt gold. The watch has an original glossy satin strap (it has a tear visible on photo nr.4) with a yellow gold folding clasp and diamonds as well. The glass is original mineral glass (one tiny scratch visible at 2 o'clock). The glass is moving slightly in its case, possibly due to its exposition to light in its century of existence. I have been told it can be fixed but I preferred to leave it in its absolute original form. The watch is in overall good condition and has been professionally serviced in December 2024 and comes with 2 years warranty from the shop. This beautiful collectors piece comes in a Cartier little red pouch.
