CARTIER, circa 1907. Pocket watch in 750‰ pink gold integrated into a 900‰ yellow gold 20 US dollar coin, spring-loaded opening by pressure on the crown set with a blue stone cabochon. Bezel engraved J.R.D and dated 1907. Bréguet hands (small missing hour hand), patinated dial, Roman numerals for the hours and railway indexes. Ultra-thin mechanical movement numbered 2270. (as is).
