The Santos model was created in 1904 at the request of its name sake, Alberto Santos-Dumont, who was an aviator and wanted a watch he could wear on his wrist while flying, instead of a pocket watch. The dial features sleek blue sword hands and the Cartier secret signature at 7 o’clock.

Strap in black alligator leather, with steel ardillon buckle. Case dimensions: 38 mm x 27.5 mm, thickness: 7.3 mm.
