An extremely fine and rare, hand wound, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with white dial, painted radial Roman numerals, blued steel Epee hands, inner minute track, leather strap and an 18K yellow gold Cartier deployant clasp.
Fitted with a caliber 78X, mechanical, manual winding, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, self-compensating flat balance spring, monometallic balance, shock absorbers, gold case back secured to the main case by four screws in the band, mineral glass, cabochon-set crown.
Dial, case and movement signed.
Dim. 25 x 25 mm. Thickness 6.09 mm. Approx. overall length for bracelet 175 mm.
