A line to make your head spin Description The Ellipse is one of the watches that allows Cartier to confirm its place as king of shaped watches: an almost round case with double gadroons. And yet, it is a form that we rarely see, and which has been rarely produced! All the Cartier DNA is present, both through the white lacquered dial with Roman numerals and the yellow gold folding clasp with custom-made strap. Additionally, purists will notice the mention of "Paris" on the dial, indicating Parisian production at a time when Cartier had branches in Paris, London and New York. A model with a mechanical movement in the Cartier tradition. Its small size gives it a lot of charm and allows it, despite its double fluted case, to be quite discreet and elegant.
