The 2017 Cartier Crash Skeleton Extra Large ref. 3740 (WHCH0007) in platinum — the red cabochon-cut ruby is a tell-tale sign this is a platinum Cartier watch — was an under-the-radar, exclusive release. The link with architect Norman Foster shows in the skeletonized movement that, due to the “melted” shape of the case, makes the Roman numerals look organic. You will see the exclusiveness of this piece highlighted by a crown with a red ruby cabouchon, accentuated by small blue sapphires. It is numbered on the back 07/10. The watch comes in the limited edition box with wooden inlay, similar to the "Privee" boxes.
