Cartier Calibre de Cartier 3578
Cartier Automatic Calibre de Cartier wristwatch in all stainless steel, reference 3578. The watch is entirely made of stainless steel with a bezel marked with a minute track in a 42 mm. case. The watch has a silver dial with black Roman numerals on the top half of the dial and non-numeric, black hour markers on the bottom half. The dial also has two registers at 3 and 9 o'clock for the chronograph function, and aperture for the date at 6. The watch has luminous, black sword style hands. The watch is equipped with the Cartier automatic movement caliber 1904-CH MC with 35 jewels and a 48-hour power reserve. The watch is keeping good time and has a one-year warranty on the functionality of the watch. The watch is in overall good condition with very small scratches and signs of wear (see pictures).
