Dial : Silvered dial, signed ‘Cartier Automatic’, grooved chapter ring with black Roman numerals and rectangular indexes, big XII numeral in relief, ‘sword’ hour and minute hands, luminous, recessed sub-dial of small seconds hand at 6 o’clock, outer ‘railway’ minute track, date in big aperture at 3 o’clock
