Vintage 18K Gold Ladies Cartier Santos Dumont, 18K Deployant Clasp, Serviced!

As pictured here with strap and an 18K yellow gold deployant buckle it weighs 33.5 grams. The watch was serviced in January 2017 and is running fine. Case back is held in place by four 18K gold screws. Offered here a very nice and rare Cartier Santos Dumont in ladies size. The case measures 20 mm across by 28.9 mm long. The case is very well made and is quite heavy. White dial with black Roman numerals appears to had been refinished and looks very good. The hour hand has a tiny piece of the black paint coating missing and showing gold. The case is in very good condition as is the crystal and the original crown set with the faceted blue stone. The original Cartier black lizard band is new. A new Cartier band will run you over $300. The 18K solid gold deployant buckle is also original Cartier. The watch with current strap will fit up to 6 and 3/4 inch wrist. For this reason we have made a special gold attachment which fits on one side of a regular band and allows adjustment of the length of the band.
