Reference number 1566 identifies this as part of a special series made in 1997. It features a quality Cartier Cal 687 quartz movement that runs robustly and maintains precise time, thanks to a new battery. The watch is fitted with its original white Roman numeral dial commemorating Cartier`s anniversary. The dial is in an excellent condition, it has only a light time patina and it is free from oxidation. quick-set date at the 6 o’clock position. The steel case with a gold bezel, measures 29.3 mm wide without including the original crown by 41 mm long. The case exhibits only minor signs of usage. the sapphire embellishing the crown has a slight chip.
