The watch features a 29-millimetre yellow gold and stainless steel case with a white dial and black roman numerals with blue steel hands. There is also a date window. The watch is quartz movement and the crown is set with a faceted blue sapphire, a signature of Cartier. This watch is in immaculate condition and would be perfect for everyday wear. Continuing, the watch sits on a brand new Cartier strap, with its original stainless steel buckle, signed “Cartier”. The Cartier Santos originates from the Cartier Santos-Dumont, initially designed for Alberto Santos Dumont. Interestingly, it was conceived by a notable figure in the watch industry named Alain-Dominique Perrin, who served as Cartier’s CEO from 1975 to 1998.
