It celebrates Bulova's 150th anniversary and its legacy of innovation and fine craftsmanship. This redesigned watch features an elevated design with a sandblasted case made of CuSn8 bronze, a lustrous material with a rose gold hue reminiscent of the copper diving helmets of the 19th century. Bronze is much stronger than copper and develops a natural patina over time, providing a protective layer that increases durability and enhances its unique, timeless appearance. Special features include a deep blue dial with a matching bidirectional rotating aluminum bezel, a vintage-inspired handset with super-luminous hands and markers, a two-tone humidity indicator, and a double-domed sapphire crystal with a 5-layer anti-reflective coating. It is fitted with an upgraded deep blue 18mm strap made from a blend of rubber and Cordura® nylon for durability and comfort and is powered by a 21-jewel automatic movement with a 42-hour power reserve. It features a stamped 150th anniversary case back and is water-resistant to 200 meters.
