Our watches are exclusively new and original goods. The watches therefore also include the original scope of delivery such as the box, warranty card or certificate, multilingual instruction manual, invoice and the watch itself.
WARRANTY:
All of our new watches are delivered in the original box including papers, and have a minimum 2-year international manufacturer warranty. You will receive a warranty card stamped by our authorized concessionaire with the current purchase date of your watch, with which you can redeem the full warranty worldwide.
SHIPMENT:
Worldwide, secure express delivery and free delivery within the EU. Separate delivery costs of €100 apply to Switzerland, the UK and all other non-EU-states. Our average delivery time is currently less than one week. We keep you up to date on every step of your order and provide you with a tracking ID once shipped. Our goods are of course packed professionally, according to current safety standards and with plenty of love.
EXPORT:
If you wish to export your goods or purchase them tax-free, we will be happy to provide you with the necessary documents, such as Global Blue Tax Free. This service is of course free of charge.
REFUND:
If you are not satisfied with your delivered watch, you can cancel your purchase within a period of 30 days and return the watch to us. We will bear the full cost of the return shipment.
