To view one of the watches at our shop an appointment is needed.
Each watch is authentified by our experts before going on sale. You will receive a receipt with your watch.

SHIPPING
The shipping price is calculated from the price of the watch because of insurance reasons.
All watches are shipped from Vienna, Austria (EU).
Currently we ship only within the European Union.
Please note, that taxes and other unforeseen expenses with international shipments are not included in the price.
PAYMENT
Chrono24 checkout is a trusted process. Alternatively we also offer Bank Transfers. Please note, that your watch will be shipped only after the payment is registered with us.
RETURNS
In case you wish to return your watch please contact us before shipping it. All items must be in their original condition. Watches that have been used will not be accepted.
The timeframe for exchanges and returns is 14 days upon receiving your original shipment.
WARRANTY
If needed we service our watches before they are being sold. We give a warranty of one year on the function of our watches. This does not include water damage, inappropriate use of the movement or damage on the external parts of the watch.
Any change or modification by a third party cancel this warranty.
