BREGUET Chronograph pocket watch in silver (800 thousandths), pendant in 18K (750 thousandths) gold with 18K (750 thousandths) gold fillets on the edge, silvered dial, black railway minute track, red tachometric scale, black painted Roman numeral hour markers, small seconds at six o'clock, 30-minute chronograph totalizer at noon, gold sword hands. Fluted sideplate. Silver caseback (800 thousandths), inside SG hallmark with key, for the Société Générale des Boites d'Or in Besançon. Hinged silver (800 thousandths) dust cover, stamped "BREGUET N°4174". Hand-wound mechanical movement with chronograph pendant, signed 4174 on the chronograph bridge. Movement and chronograph functional at the time of appraisal, but not guaranteed over time, condition of parts not guaranteed. In the Breguet books, No. 4174 corresponds to a "Chronographe compteur 19-lignes, boite Breguet argent à filets d'or, cadran argent tachymètre" and was sold on November 23, 1953 to Mr. Storione.
