Paying homage to the watch they created for him, AP released the Jon Schaffer collection in the 1990s that took the cushion-shaped case of his piece unique and applied it to a range of high-end complications such as minute repeaters, jump hour indicators, and perpetual calendars, like the ref. 25870OR that we have here, which is limited to around 100 pieces. Constructed from 18ct pink gold and featuring a stunning white dial with pink gold applied Breguet numerals, this spectacular timepiece epitomizes classical styling while also operating beyond the more common realms of Audemars Piguet’s offerings.
