At the time of its release, this caliber was the thinnest self-winding chronograph movement ever made, measuring a mere 5.5mm in thickness. Retaining the classic slim profile of the original Royal Oak, the reference 26300 was introduced in 2008 as a successor to the 25860. While its aesthetics may appear similar to the ref. 25830, the ref. 26300 features a completely redesigned three-piece case, akin to the construction of the Offshore models.
