This is the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Jubilee Ref. 14802ST, featuring a dark grey dial in amazing sharp condition and comes with special original box and paperwork (extract from the archives).
The Royal Oak Jubilee 14802 was the second Jumbo after the iconic Ref. 5402. The AP is a rare and historically important Royal Oak, created to celebrate the collection’s 20th anniversary. Audemars Piguet planned a total production of only 1,000 pieces across all metals. Of these, 700 examples were produced in stainless steel under reference 14802ST. Actual production spanned from 1992 until 2002, an unusually long sales period. In total, 692 steel examples left Le Brassus during this entire decade. Later pieces were delivered without the Jubilee rotor, due to timing reasons, the 30th anniversary watch was already for sale back then….
This stainless steel Jumbo case measures 39 mm and follows the original proportions from the first jumbo from 1972. The three-part case is in fantastic condition and fitted with a sapphire caseback. Through the caseback, the IN DECEMBER 2025 FULLY SERVICED legendary Calibre 2121 can be admired in full detail.
Most examples feature a solid gold rotor engraved with the Jubilee anniversary motif and limited serie number, this example is one of the later numbered ones in the 800 serie, produced in 1994. The Calibre 2121 is ultra-thin, self-winding, and considered one of the finest ever made.
The dark grey Tapisserie dial is richly textured and visually very refined. Applied hour markers and hands show beautifully aged tritium with warm, even patina. This natural patination gives the watch exceptional character and vintage appeal.
The integrated Royal Oak bracelet is a masterpiece of engineering and finishing. Each link is individually machined, polished, and assembled with extreme precision. The bracelet tapers elegantly, ensuring comfort and perfect visual balance.
This watch will be delivered in the special octagonal wooden presentation box. This box featured a green suede lining and the engraved limited series number.
