This is a stainless steel Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Alinghi Polaris flyback chronograph 26040ST.00.D002CA.01. It has a composite rubber strap with a stainless steel deployment buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a screw down hexagonal black rubber crown and round rubber-clad chronograph push buttons, and there is a solid case back secured with 8 screws, and it's engraved with "ROYAL OAK OFFSHORE ALINGHI – LIMITED EDITION," serial and edition numbers. The 42mm diameter cushion-shaped three-body solid case, hooded lugs, and flat beveled octagonal bezel with 8 face screws, are polished/brushed. The dial is black with a "waffle" guilloche design in the center. It has white luminous Arabic numeral hour markers around a red stripe and luminous white minute/fraction-of-a-second scale. Around the perimeter flange is a white luminous 360-degree compass chapter ring. It has fat white gold baton hands with luminous inserts, a center luminous white sweep chronograph hand, and a fourth red regatta timer hand with a luminous white arrow tip. There are three recessed black subsidiary dials with luminous white markers, Arabic numerals, and indicator hands, including a red 20-minute chronograph totalizer at 9 o'clock, a 6-hour counter at 6 o'clock, and there is a running small constant seconds register at 3 o'clock. It's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet, and it has a 48-hour power reserve at full winding. The 14.75mm thick case, dial, and movement, are all signed. It features the self-winding caliber AP 2326 with module 2847, which featured both a flyback chronograph as well as a regatta countdown timer. It's rhodium-plated with fausses cotes and cote de Geneve embellishment, and it's constructed with 54 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance that's adjusted to heat, cold, and 5 positions, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and a 21K gold rotor.
