The circular open-face pocket watch with golden dial of brushed finish, Roman numerals and arrow-shaped hands, with a subsidiary second’s dial at 6 o’clock, to an inner dial with finely engraved foliate and engine-turned detailing, within a polished case and detachable hinged case cover, in 18K gold, English hallmarks, length 8.7cm (including bail), together with a pocket watch chain composed of oval-shaped links between cable-link connectors, suspending a T-bar suspension, one terminal with swivel clasp, the other terminal set with an 1820 George III Sovereign coin pendant, chain in 18K gold, maker’s mark, length 37.5cm (coin not included)
