The present example, crafted in platinum, represents one of the most noble and restrained expressions of Andersen’s World Time. The dial is anchored by a beautifully rendered map, here executed in rich blue tones, with continents subtly textured to create depth and contrast. Encircling the map, the 24-hour ring allows for instantaneous reading of time across all major time zones, while the outer city ring, engraved with global capitals, completes the composition with scholarly precision.
