Pocket watch of 14k gold. Mechanical movement with lever escapement and crown winding, cal. 331. Salmon dial with blued steel hands. Ø 46.5 mm. The watch weighs approximately 50.3 grams. 1930–40s., The engraved coat of arms belongs to the Ahlmann family, originally a Danish merchant family who settled in Rendsburg in Schleswig-Holstein. The coat of arms features the city shield of Rendsburg, with two wise men on either side, a knight’s helmet above the shield, and the family motto: Treu und Wahr (Loyal and True).
