The main dial is at the 9 o'clock position and includes a small running seconds subregister at the bottom. The second time zone subdial is at the 5 o'clock position and is linked to the outer city ring, diplaying 24 principal time zones. A small arrow on this subdial points directly to the active reference city. Functions include hours, minutes, seconds, big date, two day/night indicators, gmt/world time and power reserve indicator.
