In 2001, this wish was fulfilled with the introduction of the Langematik Perpetual - a watch that sets standards in terms of both technical sophistication and aesthetic perfection.
The 18-carat yellow gold model presented here is from the first generation of this masterpiece, produced between 2001 and 2007. It embodies the characteristic elegance of a. Lange & söhne and impresses with its striking large date, which not only offers maximum legibility but also has an unmistakable recognition value.
Inside this extraordinary watch beats the highly complex caliber L922.1 with automatic winding, whose artfully designed three-quarter rotor made of 21-carat gold can be admired through the sapphire crystal case back. Despite the technical complexity, the watchmakers led by the legendary Günter Blümlein succeeded in limiting the overall height to a slim 10.2 mm - a masterstroke that allows this timepiece to sit comfortably flat on the wrist.
