In the event that any item fails to meet the description provided in the listing, or is not functioning correctly please advise us of the issue within 5 days of receipt and you may return the item in the same condition it was received. We stand behind our watches and will repair any defect or will issue a full refund with no re-stocking fee. If you advise us of an issue beyond 5 days from receipt, a 20% re-stocking fee will apply. In the event the watch is as described and is working correctly but you wish to return it within 5 days of receipt we will give you 100% store credit towards another watch or give you a refund subject to a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping the item to us using the same shipping method as the one used to send the item to you, with insurance, at your cost.
