With the release of the Heritage Ranger, Tudor once again delved into it's formidable back catalogue of dive watches and created an absolute gem of a tool watch. It mirrored the early Ranger aesthetic very closely, but added in a few Tudor Easter eggs while simultaneously upsizing it to suit modern tastes.
The Heritage Ranger utilises a 41mm steel case, housing a matte black dial with an almost egg-shell like finish. The logo features the Tudor small rose and smiley which have been so popular with collectors, and the lume is hand-painted leaving some of the base number exposed in a nod to vintage pieces. These all combine to a add charm and character to an otherwise very simple 12-3-6-9 dial. 150m of water resistance and an ETA 2824 movement add to the practicality stakes, and help make for an easy wearing, comfortable, versatile and daily piece especially on the vintage-style Tudor bracelet. This piece is also equipped with a lovely aftermarket textile strap which suits it beautifully.
This particular piece was originally purchased in 2021 and presents in TZ 'Good' condition. The case shows is in lovely condition overall, with some minor scuffs on the bezel and some small scratches present. It's considered 'Good' on the TZ scale due to a small nick on the left side of the case, some minor pin dents on the upper right side, and some strap changing nicks on the lugs. Lugs also show strap change marks, and the case back shows some rub marks. Please see images for full condition details.
The bracelet includes all links, and shows desk diving marks.
No service history. All functions operating as they should, and keeping time at around -7 seconds per day at over 300 degrees of amplitude at time of writing.
Comes with outer sleeve, outer box, inner box, user manual, service network booklet, guarantee booklet (ripped), card holder, warranty card (expired), spare links to complete the bracelet, aftermarket strap and WV cleaning cloth.
