All of our watches are tested for functionality at the point of sale before dispatching. Timegrapher readings and pictures of the movement are shared during the transaction process. All of our watches are carefully wrapped in protective plastic to avoid any scratches happening during transit. All watches are sized to your wrist prior to dispatch.
Returns. We will happily accept a return, should the need arise.
Please message us in the first instance (upon receipt of the watch / within 2 days), and we will inform you of the process. If the watch shows visible signs of wear, a restocking fee will be charged. Terms and conditions apply: After we receive the watch, the watch will be inspected. Once we have checked and weighed the watch and determined that the watch is fully operational and no original parts have been swapped or tampered with, a full refund will be issued. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
Taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer - we can advise on this issue.
